General Terms:
- Non-smoking apartments: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Free WiFi: Free WiFi access in the apartment.
- Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the 8-person Pastorie house on the ground floor. Surcharge: €17.50 per dog per night. Pets are not allowed in the other apartments. To reserve, please email info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl.
- Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
What do I need to bring?
- Toilet paper: 2 toilet rolls are provided.
- Cleaning supplies: Not included.
- Dishcloth: 1 dishcloth provided.
- Tea towel and kitchen towel: 1 tea towel and 1 kitchen towel provided.
- Dishwasher tablets: 2 dishwasher tablets provided.
- Garbage bags: 2 garbage bags provided.
Towels and Bedding:
There are 2 large towels and 1 small towel per person. The beds are made up for you.
For longer stays, you can order additional towel sets (€6.50 per person) and/or linen sets (€9.50 per person). Please email info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl.
Parking:
- Paid parking: You can reserve a parking space for €10 per night, subject to availability. Please email info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl to reserve.
- Free parking: Free parking is available in the surrounding area (Brouwenaarstraat, Dokter Friesenstraat, Dokter Nolsonstraat, Doctor Ottestraat, Singel Rochussenstraat, Singel).
Child’s Bed and High Chair Rental:
- Baby bed: €25 per stay
- High chair: €5 per stay
Please note: The number of baby beds is limited, so book in advance via info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl.
Extra Persons:
The number of persons you’ve booked for corresponds to the number of available beds and is the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment. For safety reasons, it is not possible to have more people stay in the apartment.
Forgotten Items:
If you’ve left something behind in the apartment, please send an email to info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl with the apartment number. We charge €15 in addition to the shipping costs for returning forgotten items.
Can I reserve breakfast?
Order breakfast through ontbijt-zeeland.nl and enjoy a delicious breakfast! Order at least 2 days in advance by 16:00 for delivery the next day or on any desired delivery date.
Bicycle Storage and Charging Points:
At check-in, you will receive a key for the shared lockable bicycle storage, which includes charging points for electric bicycles.
Charging Points for Electric Cars:
Currently, there are no charging points for electric cars.
Tourist Tax:
For bookings made via Booking.com, you can pay the tourist tax upon arrival (by card).
WiFi:
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
House Rules:
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
- To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay, please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00.
Laundry Facilities:
There is a laundry room next to apartment 4. You can use the washing machine/dryer with a €2 coin.
Coffee Machine:
A Nespresso coffee machine is available in the apartment (use Nespresso capsules).
Cleaning:
The apartment will be cleaned at the end of your stay.
For long stay guests (long stay rate, from 28 days to 6 months), the apartment will be cleaned weekly. Beds are made up, and 2 large towels and 1 small towel are provided.
Bike Rental:
You can rent an (electric) bike, fat bike, or bike trailer at Vlissingen Fietsverhuur.
